Building a team from the bottom up to deliver a total relaunch – a completely new collection of products from; gifting, rugs, furniture to textile assortments each with a truly unique and innately stylish aesthetic that also did not alienate the existing customer base. Creating new retail display solutions and packaging roll outs. Working to a fast fashion model with 5 collections a year to inject exciting newness each season in line with the Fashion team.
‘LOCAL’ AND UNIQUE
Tasked with bringing a ‘local’ angle to the Homeware and Gift assortment for Urban Outfitters Europe. Establishing a visual handwriting that championed the retailers unique and market leading identity to a new customer base, online and across 50 stores. Including New collection launches in Paris, Milan and Oberhausen. Working with defined sensibilities that underpinned the brand ethos and aesthetic.
